I think Metal is a variety ( you still have a choice in metal and still accepted in the metal community) You have the battle of the riffs, the fastest, the loudest, the darkest... ( Mr Mustaine) The beauty in the metal ( Randy R and Marty Friedman, Steve V, ) Your southern Metal ( hmmm Pantera, Dimebag!!! )  Of course the style Of Zakk Wylde..Slayer, Testament....  i think any Metal Head gets the point :)

And might I add... Dave Mustaine and Marty Friedman together... for me. words can't describe...The beauty of Marty with the anger of Dave, their riffs compliment each other like I have never heard.. those two forces together bring out the power and beauty of metal! Holy Wars!! omg ! a must to listen to and Return to hanger. ( with Al pitrelli )

Chris Broderick, what a powerhouse that man is, right along side of Dave now!

But you also have some people with demons in their lives and looked down upon in society for what these issues have been or it's a problem we don't talk about etc... and there is the music, their serenity, their way to express what they feel inside to express the pain and deal with the hurt, we all have our own ways and our own demons.....You also have your shock rockers as well, you have to admit, these musicians are genius's!

 But we choose what we listen to as fans.. Escape goats for society ? That we are....But metal heads have heavy freakin shoulders !!

OK, now I a lighter note, who doesn't  like to go to a kick ass metal concert and release everything that is inside you and feel every  riff, solo and escape from reality and just let go! Right  on! amen to Metal :p
